Meet the team!

Mark is husband to Katie, dad to Gavyn, Elijah, Ricky, Ezekiel, and Eve, and reluctant caretaker of an ever-growing collection of animals he never asked for. He’s a church planter, preacher, leadership junkie, and long-suffering Cleveland Browns fan—which has taught him more about perseverance than seminary ever could. Mark loves Jesus, strong opinions, big ideas, and getting things done yesterday. He’s also never been accused of wondering, “Should I say that out loud?”

Chase is husband to Rachel, dad to Caleb and Sami, and dog dad to the legendary Hank Hill. He’s been a Youth Pastor, Executive Pastor, Hospice Chaplain, Lead Pastor, Church Planter, the world’s coolest substitute teacher, and an all-around nice guy. He loves the Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals, proving nobody’s perfect. Chase loves Jesus, loves people, and has piercing blue eyes that suggest he may be looking directly into your soul. Don’t worry. He’s probably just being nice.

Paul is husband to Arianna, dad to Addi, a former collegiate athlete, and proud owner of enough hair to rock a legitimate man bun. He’s responsible, kind, helpful, easy to talk to, and a passionate worshiper of Jesus. Paul has also been accused of possessing dangerously high levels of toxic positivity and uses the word “correct” more than any human reasonably should. Whatever the situation, Paul will help you fix it, encourage you through it, and somehow convince you it’s all going to be awesome.

Audrey is wife to Cody and mom to McKinley, Leighton, and Paisley. Raised in the thriving prairie metropolis of Beloit, Kansas, she loves reading, old hymns, cherished traditions, and any meal that can be described as a potluck, hotdish dinner, pass-around, or love feast. She bakes from scratch, is fiercely and lovingly loyal, and backseat drives like your eternal destination depends on taking the correct exit. Audrey is basically an 80-year-old church lady trapped inside a much younger person—and we mean that as the highest possible compliment.

Cody is husband to Audrey, dad to McKinley, Leighton, and Paisley, a former collegiate athlete, and current middle school history teacher. Known by many names—including “Top Gun,” “The ’Stache Man,” “Pony Enthusiast,” “Yank-town Bandwagoner,” and “Everyone’s Favorite Teacher”—Cody is always ready with a somewhat useful historical fact, an impressive mustache, and an unreasonable amount of kindness. He teaches middle schoolers on purpose, which tells you everything you need to know about both his heart and his decision-making.

Maranda is wife to Kent, mom to Ethan and Ella, and quite possibly the responsible adult Harbor’s staff desperately needs. If you’re wondering who the staff party animal is—it’s not Maranda. She’s studious, prepared, courteous, kind, caring, and full of really good questions. While everyone else is throwing out ideas and creating varying levels of chaos, Maranda is quietly paying attention, thinking three steps ahead, and making sure someone actually knows what’s going on. She may not have asked to run this circus, but somehow we all feel better knowing she’s here.

Engineer by trade and Texan by birth, Cameron approaches life the way you’d expect: consider every possible angle, think about it a little longer, grab an HTeaO, and then make the decision. He can throw a disc golf disc roughly a quarter mile, build beautiful things out of wood, and disarm just about anyone with a killer smile. He’s also quite possibly the only man alive capable of doing the name “Cameron Diaz” justice. When he’s not engineering, woodworking, hydrating, or launching discs into neighboring zip codes, Cameron is a loving husband to Katie and dad to Theo.

Katie is wife to Mark and mom to Gavyn, Elijah, Ricky, Ezekiel, and Eve. She loves the outdoors, walks at the park, evenings around the fire pit, and an ice-cold Mr. Pibb. She’s also the significantly calmer half of her marriage—which is practically a ministry position of its own. But when Katie finally reaches her limit, she’s been known to unleash the devastating phrase, “Well, blast my buttons!” At that point, bring her a Mr. Pibb and back away slowly.

Kent is husband to Maranda and dad to Ethan and Ella. He’s a gamer, collector of games and consoles, and quietly one of the smartest people you’ll ever meet. Kent essentially embodies an entire Geek Squad in one solitary human being. If he and Chuck Norris battled in technological wits, Chuck would obviously win—but Kent would live to fight another day. Every church needs a Kent. We’re glad this one is ours.
