When Babylon Looks Like It's Winning

When facing overwhelming circumstances, it's easy to feel like godless systems and cultures are winning. The book of Daniel reminds us that even when Babylon appeared unstoppable, God remained sovereign. Today's 'Babylon' might be success, money, technology, or any system promising fulfillment but leaving us empty. When King Nebuchadnezzar's wise men reached their limits, Daniel turned to prayer first, not last. God revealed that all earthly kingdoms are temporary, but His kingdom through Christ will endure forever. The question isn't whether we're building a kingdom, but which one - our own temporary pursuits or Christ's eternal reign.
