We Cast The Lifeline
Feb 1, 2026 • Mark Cress
In John 21, the disciples fished all night and caught nothing. Empty nets. Empty strength. Empty hope. But when Jesus showed up, everything changed. With one act of obedience, their nets were filled and their purpose was renewed.
This is who we are.
We believe the church isn’t called to sit safely on the dock while people struggle in deep water. We move toward people. We throw the line. We offer hope. We help people find and follow Jesus.
Because someone once cast a lifeline to us.
This is us — a church that refuses to drift inward. A church that rows out, reaches out, and trusts Jesus to fill the nets.
